Michael Snyder

I have been incredibly fortunate in my life to have the honor to serve as the current MSTA Texas State Director and former national President.  These are positions that I do not take lightly and I understand that our  members often look for value in their MSTA membership.  I strive to constantly bring new ideas and concepts within the group for an ever improving rider community.

As State Director it is my desire to provide for our state membership by making things happen to benefit those who wish to participate.  I know along the way may we have speed bumps and maybe even make a controversial decision but I will always have the members in mind and strive to do the very best to make your membership in the MSTA Texas Chapter a memorable, fun, long lasting experience.

We try hard to give our members value during their membership period.

Riding Safe

The MSTA is the only club that will actually reward you for buying new riding gear, taking a riding course or sponsoring safe riding.  We are generally an ATGATT (All the Gear, All the Time) organization and adopt the PACE as a general Rule

Charity Support

The MSTA is a proud supporter of Ride For Kids - Benefiting the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.  100% of money raised from our efforts gets donated directly to the foundation.

Member Benefits

From the choice of many national and regional events to the numerous vendor discounts and the MSTA's own STAReview magazine there is much more value than just a riding club.

Our State Volunteers

As an all volunteer organization the MSTA relies on our members to help make the difference.  The volunteer staff across the MSTA have given their time and energy for the benefit of others within the organization  which is why we say "it's the people who make the club".  Being a volunteer can be challenging at times however it is an extremely rewarding experience and the friends you make will last forever.

We are always on the lookout for those who wish to lend a hand.  No matter how small your think your contribution is, every bit goes a long way and is appreciated by everyone.  Consider becoming an MSTA Volunteer by contacting your State Director or other volunteer to find out how you can make a difference.
